You must be physically in Florida for all your virtual sessions. You can schedule an appointment today! Prior to the first appointment you will be sent an email invitation to join your secure HIPAA compliant client portal through Telehealth by Simple Practice. Within the portal you will be able to access and sign all the required consents and sign all the required documents, complete all the required questionnaires, and upload the front and the back of your insurance cards and the front and the back of your photo ID for identity verification. It is required that you do complete, sign and upload the above to your secure HIPAA compliant client portal at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please do so 48 hours in advance to not be subject to the late cancelation fee which is the full cost of the session.
